What is Core to Floor?
The core muscles are the stabilizing muscles of the abdominal wall and hips, including the rectus abdominus (six-pack), transverse abdominus, and external and internal obliques and gluteal muscles of the buttock. The floor consists of a hammock of pelvic floor muscles that support our internal organs.
