What is Core to Floor?

The Core muscles are the stabilizing muscles of the abdominal wall and hips, including the rectus abdominus (six-pack), transverse abdominus,  external and internal obliques and gluteal muscles of the buttock. The Floor consists of a hammock of pelvic floor muscles that support our internal organs.
